As a BASI Level 4 Ski Instructor as well as a Personal Trainer, I'm uniquely qualified for the best ski specific training. Skiing requires a unique group of muscles and movements from most other sports. Having strong muscles that can endure the movements needed can make or break your ski holiday.

 

With our 4-6 week training programmes I can help you enjoy your holiday to the fullest and help reduce the risk of injury. Whether you choose once a week or twice, virtually or in person, we'll have you fit and ready.
